We’re committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. If you provide us with any information which could identify you (personal information) when using this website, please know that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
We are the data controller in relation to the personal information processed in accordance with this policy, except where this policy explains otherwise.

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular for these reasons:

  • To periodically send promotional emails about new services, events, publications and other information which we think you may find interesting (using the email address which you have provided us)
    • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes
    • Anything we send you will be related to Redblue. We won’t send you anything from third parties
    • If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information, you may change your mind at any time by unsubscribing to at the bottom of the mail you receive

We may where appropriate share your personal data with appropriate third parties including:

We generally store and process your information within the European Economic Area (EEA). We’re committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable organisational and technical processes to keep data safe and secure.

  • If you believe that any information we have is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We’ll promptly correct any information found to be incorrect


 
In certain circumstances (normally where it’s no longer necessary for us to continue to process it), you may be entitled to request that we erase the personal data concerned.
 
Where we are processing your personal information for marketing purposes or otherwise based on our legitimate interests, you may in certain circumstances have a right to object to that processing.  If you wish to object to any relevant processing, you can contact us in order to do so.
 
Where we are processing your personal information on the basis of your prior consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, after which we shall stop the processing concerned.
