Intro

RNID is launching an exciting new research project, generously funded by the Motability Foundation, to help make public transport more accessible for people who are deaf or have hearing loss.

As part of this research, we are looking for 6-8 people to be involved throughout the project, forming an Advisory Board.

About the survey
The purpose of this survey is for you to tell us more about yourself and why you are interested in joining our Advisory Board. The following questions are to help us make sure that we have a range of people taking part. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

How will my data be collected? RNID will collect data through Forsta Surveys. Any personal information you share will be kept confidential and will only be used to contact you in relation to your application to the Advisory Board.

How will my data be used? Your data will be used to help us to recruit for our Advisory Board.

How will my data be stored? Your data will be stored securely in our internal SharePoint environment for 5 years before being deleted. Only relevant project team members will have access to this data. You can read more about how we process and store your data in our Privacy Notice.

Do I have to take part? Your participation is entirely voluntary. You control what information you choose to share. You may choose not to answer any questions or to stop participating at any time. If you stop part-way through the survey, you will not be considered for the Advisory Board.

Any questions? Please contact us at panel@rnid.org.uk if you have any questions.
