• Any information you provide us with will be treated as confidential, it will be combined with feedback from others like yourself. You will remain anonymous.

• You have the right to refuse to answer questions or withdraw at any time by closing the browser window.
• Your anonymised data will be destroyed when it is no longer needed by the organisation.

Please note, this research is being conducted by a charity which is not affiliated with the local authority. As such, they have no responsibility for parking, schools, traffic, public amenities, or other statutory services.
