Thank you for taking the time to participate in this survey about the Smithills Estate. The survey should only be completed by those aged 18 or over, however if you are younger and would like to get involved you could ask your parent/guardian to complete it with you. 

The aim of the survey is to help us understand how people are currently using the site and gather information to inform potential improvements in the future.

As part of the survey, there is the chance to be entered into a prize draw to win a £50 love2shop voucher. This is optional but should you wish to enter then you will need to provide your email address when prompted. This information will only be processed for prize draw purposes and deleted after the draw is complete. The full terms and conditions of the prize draw can be viewed at the relevant point in the survey.

There are some questions which ask for personal information. These questions are optional and also include a ‘prefer not to say’ option. Information provided will be used to assess the diversity of our visitors on site and allow us to increase accessibility to this green space. Responses will not be reviewed on an individual level and no data will be used to identify you individually in any way. Our privacy policy explains in more detail how we protect your personal information.
